Posting to Pulse on a case
Objective
Learn how to post a message to Pulse for a case in Pega® Express. By posting a message in Pulse, you can collaborate with other users within the context of a case.
This task takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Procedure
- In the navigation panel, click .
- Open a case.
- Click Toggle Pulse to display the Pulse area. In versions prior to Pega 7.2.2, the Pulse area was located at the bottom of the screen.
- In the Pulse area, click Start a conversation and enter a message.
