Posting to Pulse on a case

Objective

Learn how to post a message to Pulse for a case in Pega® Express. By posting a message in Pulse, you can collaborate with other users within the context of a case.

This task takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation panel, click Dashboard.
  2. Open a case.
  3. Click Toggle Pulse to display the Pulse area. In versions prior to Pega 7.2.2, the Pulse area was located at the bottom of the screen.
  4. In the Pulse area, click Start a conversation and enter a message.
  5. Click Post.
