Process Commander Version 4.2 is not supported for IE 7

Symptom

When a Microsoft Internet Explorer v7 (IE 7) browser is used to connect to a Process Commander Version 4.2 system, numerous blank screens pop up labeled “Webpage Dialog”. 

It is possible to click the “X” in the top right corner to close these screens and continue on in Process Commander, but there are so many of them that the system is not really usable.

 

Solution

Only Version 5.1 SP2 and later versions are supported with IE 7.
