Use this method to manipulate local variables of type
for the current activity that are stored in a Java StringBuffer object. This method inserts a
string into the buffer at a specific byte offset position.
Local variables are defined on the Parameters tab of an activity.
This method has the following parameters:
|Enter the name of a local variable to be stored in the StringBuffer.
|Indicate the index (offset) position within the buffer. Enter an integer constant, or an expression that evaluates to an integer value.
|Enter an expression (such as a literal value, a property reference, a linked property reference, or a function call) the produces a text value to append.
The system inserts the text into the
starting at the indicated byte position, and associates it with the named local variable.
