Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers enables you to implement bulk resolution processing for Reg II transactions, provides appropriate resolution options, captures comments, and ensures validation to process only Reg II transactions in bulk while preventing the combination of Reg II and Non-Reg II disputes.
After completing the dispute questionnaire, proceed with the case to the Process charge fees and Attestation assignments and then click Submit.
The system then routes the case to the Process Reg II resolution assignment.
For bulk transactions, the user has the option to select bulk Reg II transactions and choose the Process Reg II resolution option from the Actions menu. The system routes the case to the Process Reg II resolution screen, where you select the appropriate resolution option from the provided options and then click Submit to resolve the case.
