Processing Reg II resolution

When the case is at the Process Reg II resolution screen, the system updates the case status to Pending-Processing and adds an appropriate audit entry on the AuditHistory tab.

Note: In this release, there are no service calls being made to the Visa or Mastercard schemes. However, in upcoming releases, we will incorporate support for relevant service calls as specified by the card associations.

On the Process Reg II resolution screen, you can select the desired processing option from the Select an option for further processing list.

Enter any details related to resolution option in the Comments text box and then click Submit.
