Work queue assignment
After the user clicks Submit on the Qualify dispute screen and proceeds to the Process Reg II resolution assignment, the system specifies the work queue to which the Reg II transaction is assigned.
Here is a breakdown of how the system routes the cases to the respective work queues:
- Maestro Reg II – Non-Maestro transactions processed on Maestro network are directed to the designated Maestro Reg II work queue for further processing and resolution.
- Interlink Reg II – Non-Interlink transactions processed on Interlink network are directed to the designated Interlink Reg II work queue for further processing and resolution.
- General Reg II – The Reg II eligible transactions processed on networks other than Maestro and Interlink are directed to the designated General Reg II work queue for further processing and resolution.
