Updating scheduled reporting tasks

Dynamically adapt your scheduled reports to your evolving business needs by updating the scheduled reporting tasks. For example, if you want to display charts in the report, you can change the output format to Microsoft Excel Workbook that supports charts.

  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureReportingScheduled Reports.
  2. In the Task name column, click the label of the scheduled task that you want to update.
    Note: Each task is accessible for one user at a time.
  3. At the bottom of the PX-ST-Task Number tab, click Update.
  4. Update the task scheduling form.
    For example: You can change the date when the report runs.

  5. At the bottom of the tab, click Submit.
