SECU0013 alert: Unauthorized access for user session termination API

The security SECU0013 alert is generated when an unauthorized user invokes the user termination API. This API terminates a user’s session when the externally stored security credentials for the user have changed. Only users with pxCanManageUserSession privilege on the Pega-API class can invoke this API.
