This procedure uses the example scenario from Adding custom tools to Access Manager. In pyPopulateTools, follow the hierarchy displayed in Adding custom tools to Access Manager, starting with the top-level section.

1. Open the pyPopulateTools data transform.
2. Add a Comment step.
   1. In the Action column, select Comment.
   2. Enter your text.
      For example: @******** Custom Tools *********@
3. Add a new page row.
   1. In the Action column, select Append and Map to.
   2. In the Target column, enter .pyRulesAndToolsList.
   3. In the Relation column, select a new page.
4. Complete two Set rows for the top-level expandable section. In the Action column, select Set and then enter the following:

   Row	Target column value	Source column value Note: Be sure to include the quotation marks
   1	.pyLabel	The section name to be displayed in Access Manager. For example:"Custom Tools"
   2	.pyExpanded	"True"
