Securing your application for mashup communication

Updated on June 30, 2021

Define the external URLs that are allowed to access Pega Platform so that the host page can communicate with the mashup gadget page, if you use the mashup feature to embed Pega Platform content in an external application.

  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click Application nameDefinition.
  2. On the Application form, click the Security tab.
  3. In the Mashup security section, in the list of trusted origins (URLs) that can access your application, click Add a row and enter a URL that can be trusted.
When entering URLs, you need to enter a host-page domain, including https or http.
    For example:

    https://www.google.com

    or

    https://example:4444
