Create an Access When rule by selecting
Access When
from the
Security
category.
An Access When rule has two key parts:

Select the class to which this Access When condition applies.
For Access When rules that restrict the opening, modification, or deletion of rules, use

When Name |
Enter a name for this rule. Begin the name with a letter and use only letters, numbers, the ampersand character, and hyphens.
As a best practice, start the name with a capital letter.
Do not enter either of the keywords

When expression | Enter an expression that evaluates to true or false. Type a single period and
use the SmartPrompt to access a list of properties. |
