Using the Import Rules/Data gadget

Use this gadget to import rules and data instances from ZIP file, JAR file, or application bundle into your current Process Commander system:

1. RSelect an import mode, indicating whether the file is present on the server or is to be uploaded to the server from a network location.
2. If you selected Local ZIP file, browse to the file, select the file, and upload the file to the server.
3. Select import options.
4. Review File Details metadata.
5. Optionally, select individual instances to load.
6. Click Import to begin import operations.

Using the Export Rules/Data gadget

Use this gadget to export rules from a Process Commander system into a ZIP archive.

Don't create a ZIP archive when any of the rules designated for the archive are checked out. An error is reported identifying the checked-out rule or rules. Neither the original version nor the checked-out version of the rule is included in the ZIP archive. C-1118
