Access Groups gadget

Access

The Security landing page contains the Access Groups gadget. Use this gadget to verify, across the system, which access groups are in active use and by which operators.

Access groups may also be referenced in organization data instances, division data instances, requestor type data instances, service packages, and agents. An access group that is not referenced by operator ID instances may still be a necessary part of your security configuration.

Access Groups gadget

Lists the access groups in the system and the number of operators associated with each.

Column	Description
Name	Access group name key. Click the name to open the rule.
Description	Access rule description
Operators	Count of operators associated with this access group as defined in the Operator ID instance. Double click the number to display a drill-down list of operators comprising the total.

• To migrate the data into an Excel spreadsheet, click View in Excel.
• To find an access group by name, enter a value in the Search Text field and click Search. Use autocomplete to filter the text you want to search on.

To see a list of access groups and the operators within each access group that reference the current application, go to > Application > Structure > Access Groups and Users.
