User Interface User Screens

The User Screens landing page contains a single gadget, Portals and Skins. Use this gadget to identify which portal rules, and which application skin rules, are referenced by the current application.

To access the User Screens gadget, select > User Interface > User Screens.

Portals and Skins gadget

Shows the portals in use by the current and built-on applications, their associated skins, and the access groups and operators that use them. The skin and portal can both be opened from this view.

Field

Description
Portal Name

Displays the portals in use by the current and built-on applications. To open a portal rule form, click the displayed name.

Click the arrow to filter results to Show All or only certain Portal Names.
Skin

Displays which skin is being used in each portal. To open the skin in the Branding Wizard for review or updating, click the displayed skin name.
Access Groups

Displays the number of Access Groups that use the portals in the current and built-on applications. Double-click the number to display a list of these access groups. BUG-28096

Operators

Displays the number of Operators that use the portals in the current and built-on applications. Double-click the number to display a list of operators comprising the total.
Application

Will either display From Current Application or From Built-On Application in reference to the application which is using the portal.
