Create a new division data instance by selecting Division from the Organization category.
An organization division data instance has two key parts:

| Organization Name |
Enter the name of an existing organization data instance, a key to an Organization instance. |
| Division Name |
Enter the name of this division, for example, Finance. Begin the name with a letter and use only alphanumeric, ampersand, and dash characters. Division identifiers are limited to 32 characters. |
You can also create a division instance using the organization chart, which is available on the Chart tab and on the Organizational Chart gadget on the Organization landing page.
