Purpose

Use this form to define a workbasket. A workbasket names a container that holds assignments awaiting processing. Within a workbasket, assignments are ordered based on decreasing urgency.

A workbasket, like an operator's worklist, functions as an in-box or work queue. Workbaskets can be the basis of reports available on the Monitor Process workspace.

Where referenced

Specific workbaskets may be referenced by routing shapes in flow rules.

Each operator may have a list of workbaskets that they can view. (To open an assignment in a workbasket, the operator must possess at least one access role that matches an access role in the Roles array on the WorkBasket tab, unless the Roles array is empty.)

Each work group can have an associated default workbasket.
