About Work Group data instances

Use this form to specify work groups in your organization, identifying the name of a team of workers who report to a supervisor or manager. Work groups are referenced in Operator ID instances and are a primary basis of management reporting on the Monitor Activity workspace.
Use the Rules Explorer to access work group data instances. To list all work groups on your system, select
> Org & Security >Tools > Work Groups.
The Data-Admin-WorkGroup class contains work group data instances. They are part of the Organization category.
