The Direct Feedback feature, intended for use with Pegasystems Project Management Framework (PMF) V6.1, allows users, testers, and developers working with a V6.1 Process Commander system to record and submit ideas, suggestions, bugs, issues, and proposed solutions through a real time connection to the framework.

By clicking the pushpin icon that appears on the desktop, you can complete a pop-up form that associates a text note with a screen and a particular spot on the screen. When you complete the form, you can also capture a screen snapshot. The note and snapshot are sent as a message to PMF, where a task work object is created for review and follow-up.
