Back Forward Discovery Map

A Discovery Map is a graphical design tool integrated into the Processes tab of the Application Profiler and Application Accelerator. Use a Discovery Map to provide a high-level presentation of steps in the starting business flows in the application including the subflows and alternate paths.

The result is a visual inventory of processing steps that is used by the Accelerator as the basis for creating the draft starting flow diagrams in the application.

The Business Analyst portal provides access to the Discovery Maps of the application.

In the Discovery Map:

Optionally, you can present and interact with the Discovery Map on the Diagram tab of the Flow form, as an alternative to the Visio diagram. V6.1SP2.
