The profile of a requestor session is a collection of facts and values; many are derived from the Operator ID instance and other data instances.

Access

To display your profile in the designer Studio, select Profile or from the profile menu (accessed from the down-arrow at the right of your name in the header, or type the equivalent keyboard shortcut CTRL + O (the letter O).

From the WorkManager or Manager portal, click the link containing your name at the top of the navigation panel to display your profile.

The display includes

• Name
• RuleSet list
• Skills
• Access group
• Access roles
• Organization and work group
• Locale
• Application RuleSets 5.1
• Current node
• Current URI to access Process Commander (usually obfuscated)
• Date and time of previous sign-on (property pyLastSignon)

The system assembles this information as you log in.

From the profile display, you can:

• Change your password
• Change your availability, recording vacations or other planned absences
