Connect JCA rules - Completing the New or Save As form

Create a Connect JCA rule by selecting Connect JCA from the Integration-Connectors category.

A Connect JCA rule has two key parts:

Field	Description
Applies To	Select the class that this connector rule applies to.
Service Name	Enter the name of the adapter function this connector calls. This value must match the name of the adapter function and be a valid Java identifier. See How to enter a Java identifier. `BUG-1604`

FFTT When searching for Connect JCA rules, the system:

Filters candidate rules based on a requestor's RuleSet list of RuleSets and versions
Searches through ancestor classes in the class hierarchy for candidates when no matching rule is found in the starting class

Time-qualified and circumstance-qualified rule resolution features are not available for Connect JCA rules.
