System Operations landing page

Access the System Operations landing page by selecting >System > Operations.

Agents

This page lists the agents on a system and their corresponding rulesets under two columns: Agent Name and Ruleset. These columns can be filtered by clicking next to the column header.

Click an agent name to open the Agent Detail tab. Here you can observe agent status across nodes in a system (if any) that the agent is executing on, along with their frequency and status.

This functionality is not readily available in the System Management Application (SMA); administrators previously had to navigate to individual nodes and locate the agent of interest.

Three columns are displayed on this screen: Node Name, Node ID, and Status. If a node is active, its status is displayed in the Status column using one of the following symbols:

• Agent Running
• Agent Stopped
• Agent Exception

For agents with no active nodes, the phrase "No items" appears under the Node Name column.

You can also click an agent's name when on this screen to view the agent rule instance in Designer Studio.
