Remote System data instances are used to identify systems in a federation built with PRPC's Federated Case Management (FCM) features. They provide the information about these other systems needed by FCM features to access them.
Remote System data instances are referenced on the Remote Case Configuration tab of remote case type rules. See Case Type form - Completing the Remote Case Configuration tab.
In the Technical category, use the Records Explorer to review or create Remote System data instances.
The Data-Admin-RemoteSystem class holds Remote System data instances. This class is part of the Technical category.
Before creating instances, install the Gateway Configuration Console web application, which supports the deployment of an IAC system.
