The definitions of named user, regular user, and occasional user for your system depend on your Pegasystems license and the Data-Admin-License instance identified in the System instance, and may not match the definition provided here.
An occasional user is a classification of usage by an Operator ID instance for a time period, such as a calendar month, by the License Compliance facility. This facility can classify an Operator ID as an occasional user during one period but count the operator in another classification in other periods.
Typically, your system classifies an Operator ID as an occasional user during a time period if all the following are true:
