About Interaction rules
|
|
Interaction rules define parameters for running a strategy, how to save the interaction results, and the possible outcomes.
Available in applications that have access to the Decision Management rule sets through Application Rulesets or PegaDM as Built on Application.
Interaction rules are used in flows through the Run Interaction shape.
In activities you can run interaction rules by calling the pxExecuteInteraction method with these parameters:
SerializedPredictorData: contains the reference to the property containing serialized predictor information when writing results to Interaction History. Typically, this is the property used in issue decision mode.
Use the Application Explorer to access Interaction rules that apply to your application. Use the Records Explorer to list all the Interaction rules available to you.
Interaction rules are part of the Decision category. An Interaction rule is an instance of the Rule-Decision-Interaction rule type.
