About Survey Group rules
This rule type is part of the PegaSurvey framework. Survey group rules are available to those having access to the PegaSurvey RuleSet.
Although developers can work directly with survey group rule forms, Pega recommends creating and managing survey groups through the Group Builder tab on the Survey Management landing page.
Access the landing page by selecting 
> Survey Management >Group Builder.
Purpose
Survey groups are series of surveys that typically are used together. You can insert a survey group in a flow so its surveys run one after another, simplifying the work of deploying multiple surveys. See How to include a survey in a flow.

Access
If you have access to PegaSurvey, both developers and managers can create and manage survey groups. Although developers can work directly with survey group rule forms, Pega recommends creating and managing survey groups through the Group Builder tab on the Survey Management landing page. Instructions for that tab provide guidance on creating and deploying survey groups..
Access the landing page by selecting > Survey Management >Group Builder.
