Back Forward About the Private Explorer

Use Private Explorer to quickly access your checked-out rule or data instance records. Select Private from the Explorer area.

Displays the list (key parts) of records that you have checked out from RuleSets in any application to which you have access. To open a record, select the short description, key parts, or form name.

Use the Explorer menu to refresh the display or to access the Bulk Check-in report.

  • To filter the display of checked-out records, type text in the Explorer Search box to return the records that contain the text displayed in the Explorer. Clear the box to display all the records

    • You can also access your checked out records by clicking the show checked out menu icon on the Designer Studio header. See Designer Studio — Using the header and developer toolbar.
