Step 6: Set Options

This form displays the following options:

What would you like to do if there is already a translation present for a field?

• Click Include the field along with its current translation if you want to include the translation for this field in the TextToTranslate.xml file. Choose this option if you want the translator to verify the existing translations or modify them, if necessary. This is useful for the translators to see the current translations and maintain consistency.
• Click Don't include that field if you do not want to add this field to the TextToTranslate.xml file; only the fields that currently have no translation will be included. Selecting this option can reduce the size of the list and make export and expedite export and import steps.

(Optional) Would you like to include existing base field values from any RuleSets?

Your application may have base field values that need to be translated. Select this option to add RuleSets that contain the field values. By default, your application RuleSets are included. Include RuleSets that contain field values that you created as described in the Help topic Update properties that use hard-coded drop-downs.

Click Cancel to resolve the wizard item.

Click Back to return to the previous step. You can also go back by clicking next to a completed step in the list on the left side of the Localization wizard.

Click Next to proceed to the next step.
