Atlas — Standard Hierarchy rules

The system includes a few standard hierarchy rules as samples, including these three. They are not referenced elsewhere.

Name	Description
Data-.Regions	Contains a root node World, with Canada, Mexico, and United States as the names of immediate children.
Data-.Regions.US	A branch node for the United States.
Rule-Obj-Class.Inheritance	Demonstrates the class inheritance structure of PRPC itself.
