If your system has an instance of the Project Management Framework (PMF), use this tab to:

PMF Connection Details
|
Section of the tab where you set the value for URLs that establish connectivity between your application and the Project Management Framework and then test the connection. |
PMF URL
|
The URL for your framework instance; populates the Data > Admin > System > Settings > ProjectManagementURL instance when you click Save. |
PMF SOAP URL
|
The SOAP URL that passes project tracking data to/from an application to the framework instance; populates the Data> Admin > System > Settings > ProjectManagementFW instance when you click Save. |
Test Connectivity |
Click to test that the PMF SOAP URL connects to the framework. A Connection Successful message displays if connectivity is established; an error message displays if not. |
Save Connection Details |
Click to save the URLs and update the corresponding Data Admin System Settings rules. |
Application Settings
|
Expandable section of the tab where you enable and disable project tracking for applications you can access. Updates to this section are automatically saved. |
Application (Version)
|
The applications and versions you can access. appears next to the application name if the application is locked and requires a password to enable. |
Feedback
|
Check the box to enable project feedback for all operators who have development access to the application. This setting updates the PegaRULES:Feedback role to all access groups referencing the application. Uncheck the box to remove the role and disable feedback.

Project Tracking
|
Check the box to enable project work tracking for all operators who have development access to the application.
When you check this box, items assigned to you in PMF appear on the:
- My Project Worklist on the Home display
- Create New form
- Check-in form
- Save-as form
- Bulk Check-in report
This setting updates the Enable Project Management setting on the Application rule form. Clear the box to disable project tracking.
Clearing the box removes the Auto Sync check box; the PMF Product value (if any) is displayed in read-only mode.

Auto Sync
|
Select if you want to automatically synchronize PMF and Pega 7 systems so that when you create or modify specifications or user stories, the updates are automatically conveyed to the other system.
Auto-synchronization allows only a one-to-one relationship between a specification and a PMF item. In contrast, manual synchronization allows one-to-many relationships.

PMF Product
|
Select a PMF product identifier from the auto-complete field if you want to associate the application with a product. |
add product
|
Click the add product icon to create a product on the PMF system and associate it with the application.
The Add product to PMF dialog appears. Enter the following:
- Product name — Required. The application short description is the default.
- Description — Optional. The a Description field on the application's History tab is the default.
- Version — Required. The application version is the default.
Click Submit to create the new product (of type Application), a backlog, and a release on the PMF system.
If Auto Sync is selected, any PMF items you create as a result of creating a specification are associated with the product.

Supply Password
|
Appears in a pop-up window if the application is locked. Enter the password and click OK to continue the save action. |
