Requesting technical support

In order to use this feature, make sure you set up the following:

Follow the steps shown below to request technical help when you are experiencing an issue.

  1. Log in to the Pega Mobile Client app.
  2. Select Settings > Get tech support from the menu.
  3. In the opened window, enter a detailed description of your issue.
  4. Click Submit.

Note: You can submit a tech support request also when you are offline. In such a case, your request will be sent when you reconnect to the network.
