Operator Profile display

The profile of a requestor session is a collection of facts and values about the operator and the requestor. Many are derived from the Operator ID instance and other data instances.

Accessing your profile

To display your profile in the Designer Studio, select Profile or from the profile menu.

From the Case Manager, CaseWorker, WorkManager or Manager portal, click the link containing your name at the top of the portal to display your profile. The system assembles this information as you log in.

From the profile display, you can:

• Change your password
• Change your availability, recording vacations or other planned absences
