Process Outline View is a feature in Case Designer that allows you to configure flows and shapes within a flow without opening the Flow rule form directly. In this tree-structured view, you can see the shapes and subprocesses that to support each step in a stage. A property panel or Process Modeler are displayed, based on the element you click in the tree.
To switch to Process Outline View, hover over a stage or step in Case Designer and click Configure process detail.
Tip: If your case type does not use stages and steps, you can click a process name to switch to Process Outline View for the corresponding flow.
