You can refactor rules in a ZIP archive using the Refactor on Import wizard. Select the > System > Refactor > Rules menu item, then click Refactor on Import to start the wizard.
You can refactor rules with a specific Applies To class from one ruleset into another ruleset or another Applies To class with the Refactor Rules tool. From the Application Explorer, right-click the class that contains the rules. Select Refactor from the context menu.
You can refactor entire rulesets or ruleset versions through the Ruleset Maintenance wizard. Select the > System >Refactor > Rulesets menu item, then click Copy/Merge Ruleset to start the wizard.
