A summary view rule defines a two-level report display, presenting summary counts, totals or averages to be displayed initially, and allowing users to click a row to drill down to supporting detail for that row.
Summary view reports make use of framesets to provide a "glimpse" of drilldown reports. HTML5 does not support framesets, so these reports may display badly, or not display at all. The best solution is to migrate the Summary View reports you need to Report Definitions.
