Find Rules by Custom Field Wizard - Step 4

Use this step to review the list of rules matching the custom field search criteria. You can expand the report to look at individual items or view the full results offline in Excel.

View Report

Review the list of rules in the Custom Fields Report section. Results are organized by rule type (class) and columns are visible based on selections you made in Step 3 Select Fields. Take the following actions to interact with the list:

• Expand or collapse a row to help you scan the list.
• Click a row to see more details such as create time and key parts.
• When viewing details of a rule instance, you can additionally:
  • Click Open to view the rule in the Designer Studio.
  • Click History to view a list of history snapshots in a new window.

Results are limited to 1000. Use more specific filter criteria to help isolate results. Click Finish to exit the wizard or Back to return to the Select Fields step.
