About Guided Tour rules
A guided tour rule enables you to showcase the key features on user forms or portals by providing users with information, instructions, or controls in a sequence of pop-up windows called tour stops. The rule allows you to define the sequence, format, and location in which they are displayed. The content of each tour stop is defined in a referenced section.
Use the Application Explorer to access guided tour rules that apply to the case types in your application. Use the Records Explorer to list all the guided tour rules available to you.
Guided tour rules are part of the User Interface category, and are instances of the Rule-Automation-Tour rule type.
