Obtaining a hotfix catalog

All hotfixes are packaged with the latest hotfix catalog. If you need a more recent catalog, do one of the following:

Obtaining a catalog from the user interface

1. Navigate to the Hotfix Manager landing page
   Designer Studio>System > Release > Hotfix Manager
2. Click Scan System. Then either:
   • Check online for the most recent catalog:

     Click the Check online icon. The system downloads the most current catalog for your system.

   • Upload a local Catalog.zip file received from Pegasystems Global Customer Support or included in a recent hotfix package:

     Click the File icon and Browse to the file location.

Downloading a catalog from the Pegasystems Inc. FTP site

1. Contact Pegasystems Global Customer Support for a catalog number that is appropriate for your system.
2. Navigate to
   ftp://catalog:[email protected]/hfix
3. Click the correct numbered catalog link.
