Adding a case attachment from a CMIS repository
At run time, you can add content from a CMIS repository to a case in the Attachments section.
- Click Attach new in the Attachments section and select the value that you entered in the Label for 'Upload CMIS content' menu item field on the Integration & security tab of the application rule.
- Browse and attach a file from one or more CMIS repositories. These repositories correspond to the Connect-CMIS records that are available for the current operator.
The case attachment now appears in the Attachments section.
Tip: To remove a case attachment, click the Delete icon next to the name of the attachment.
