Click the Where-am-I? icons ( or ) on a user form or worklist to view the diagram of the current flow, with a larger arrow marking the current assignment.
This display shows the stack of one or more incomplete flow executions in progress that lead to a specific assignment or other incomplete shape in the flow. It does not show the entire case history, which might involve other flow executions now completed.
Only users who hold the Work-.Perform privilege can display and interact with the diagram.
The control rule AssignmentStatus, associated with the standard property Assign-.pyAssignmentStatus, causes the Where-am-I? icon to appear on the worklist. To turn off this feature, override the standard property and choose Default or another value for the control rule.
If your application is localized, the labels on this display are localized.
This window has two panels.
Appears in stage-based applications only. Contains a read-only display of the primary stage and step shapes. Green check marks indicate the steps that have been completed. The icon marks the current step.
The header above the diagram contains one or more flow names, called a flow stack, that identifies the current flow execution in progress and parent flows. Completed flows and parallel in-process flows do not appear. The flow at the left was started first, and in most cases, is the flow that created the work item. Each flow is the parent of the next subprocess. The right-most flow name is the subprocess that contains an incomplete assignment.
If the current flow execution is a subflow that was called by another flow rule, you can navigate within the display to see the call location within the parent flow.
Click a flow name to select it and view details in the left and right panels. The selected flow name displays in Bold text.
The open rule icon is visible only when the Where-Am-I? display is opened from the Designer Studio and when the user has permission to edit the flow.
Display an image of the diagram for the flow selected.
A identifies the current shape, typically an assignment. The green check mark identifies shapes that correspond to completed tasks.
The image allows you to pan, zoom, and navigate the flow using the mini-map. Right-click and double-click functions are available.
The right panel displays selected items from the history of the case, for the flow you selected (displays in Bold text) in the flow stack.
For assignment shapes, the display includes:
For other shapes, the contents depend on history options in the flow.
