The Manage Projects section provides an overview of all the available projects in the PAD portal. From this portal, you can create projects and modify the existing ones. The state of the project indicates whether somebody works on it or not. Only one user can open a closed project and work on it. When it happens, the project is grayed out and the other users cannot open it.
