You can add a question page to a survey to organize the questions that users answer at run time. By putting related questions on the same page, you can help users complete surveys more quickly.
Click Designer Studio > Case Management > Survey to open the Survey Management landing page.
Click the name of a survey, and then click Add question page.
In the Add question page dialog box, define how the question page is added to your survey.
Click Create new.
In the Name field, enter a unique name for the question page.
Optional: To change the scope of the question page, expand the Context section and provide a different class name, ruleset name, or ruleset version.
The scope controls which rules can reference your question page and which rules your question page can reference.
In the Instructions field, enter text that describes the purpose of the question page.
Caution: Do not change the configuration of an existing question page because it is shared by all surveys or flows that reference the question page.
Click Use existing.
In the Name field, press the Down Arrow key and select the name of a question page in your application.
Click Save to close the Add question page dialog box.
Click Save.
