Associating existing rules with a feature

On the Application Overview landing page, you can link existing rules to a feature. Associating rules and features helps to maintain traceability and makes it easier for you to extend the application because you can identify the rules that are associated with each feature.

1. In the Designer Studio header, click the name of your current application, and click Overview.
2. Click the name of the feature that you want to link rules to.
3. In the Associated rules section, click the Edit icon.
4. Click the Plus sign icon.
5. In the Rule type field, enter or select the rule type for the rule that you want to link to the feature.
6. In the Applies to and Name fields, enter or select the Applies To class and name of the rule.
7. Click Submit to save the association between the feature and the rule.
