About Skill rules

Use skill rules to name and set proficiency rating ranges for a user skill that is important to your application. For example, some assignments may require users who have one or more of the following skills:
The Skill form only identifies the name and a proficiency range for a skill. For applications that use skill rules, managers and administrators can associate skill levels with users on the Work Settings tab of the Operator ID form.
In such applications, routing activities can compare user skill levels with application requirements, and can identify good matches between the needs of an assignment and user competencies.
Select Designer Studio> Process and Rules > Work Management > Skills to review the skill rules that are referenced (through operators) with the current application.
Skill rules are instances of the Rule-Admin-Skill class. They belong to the Process category.
