Adding an Attach Content control

You use the Attach Content control (pxAttachContent) to allow users to attach files to a desktop or an offline-enabled application. Users can simultaneously add one or multiple files by using either the file browser or drag and drop functionality.

The Attach Content control uses responsive UI, allowing the attachment screen to conform to various UI sizes across any devices that access the application. You can customize this control to be displayed as a button, link, or icon to users.

Using this control at run time in a desktop application opens the default file browser window and users can attach one or multiple files to their application. A

On a mobile device:

• iOS users can select a file from the photo gallery or another folder of their mobile device.
• Android users can select a file from a tiled list of installed applications.
