Enabling intent analysis
Enable intent analysis in your application to automatically detect the intention of the person who produced a piece of content. Through intent analysis, you can better understand the needs of your customers, decrease churn, and more quickly react to customer issues.
- In the Records panel, click Decision > Text Analyzer.
- Open the Text Analyzer rule that you want to edit.
- On the Select Analysis tab, in the Intent section, select the Enable intent analysis check box.
- In the Intent model field, press the Down Arrow key and select the default pzDefaultIntentModel model.
- Click Save.
