Diagram tab on the Flow form

The Diagram tab on the Flow form gives you access to Process Modeler, which you can use to add shapes to a flow diagram. As a best practice, use Process Modeler after a flow is created to incorporate advanced features and functionality that are not supported in Case Designer.

The following tasks are supported in Process Modeler:

• Adding a shape to a flow

• Connecting shapes in a flow

• Annotating a flow

• Responding to business exceptions in a flow

• Organizing flow shapes in swimlanes

• Associating a specification with a shape in a flow

• Conducting probability analysis on an assignment

Tip: To create a larger workspace for a flow diagram, collapse the Explorer panel in Designer Studio.
