Resolving duplicate records in the Email Wizard
The Email Wizard displays any duplicate records, which you must resolve before you can proceed.
- From the Resolution list, select one of the following options:
- Overwrite – Select to overwrite the older record with the newer record.
- Rename – Select to rename the record you are creating.
- If you are renaming the record, enter the new name in the New Name column.
- Click Next.
