Obtaining hotfix packages
Create a new support request to obtain hotfix packages to correct known issues.
- On the PDN, click Support > Pega Support > My Support Portal.
- Click Create to create a new support request.
- Enter the Request type:
- If you know the hotfix number, select Existing Hotfix Request and enter the hotfix numbers in the Detailed description field.
- If you do not know the hotfix number, select Product Defect and enter a description of your problem in the Detailed description field.
- Complete the form and click Submit.
