Changing the icon of a case type
You can change the icon that is displayed in the Case Manager portal and tabs of open cases in Designer Studio. By using a unique icon for each case type, you can visually differentiate cases in your application.
Note: The icon that you provide in the case-type settings overrides the image in the
Icon field of the Cases & data tab on the Application rule
form.
- In the Explorer panel, click Case types, and then click the case type that you want to open.
- On the Settings tab, click General.
- Click Change icon to open a list of supported icons.
- Select a thumbnail from the list and click OK.
- Click Save.
